1.入院辦理 / Admission Procedure
入院需要由門診醫(yī)生開具入院證明后，統(tǒng)一在入院處辦理入住登記
Admission needs to be registered at the admission office after the outpatient doctor issues the admission certificate.
2. 留院期間/ During Your Stay
入院后，我們的醫(yī)生和護(hù)士會(huì)要求您及時(shí)簽署入院告知書，入院委托書，費(fèi)用告知書等醫(yī)療文件。
According to hospital request, you need sign the medical notices,cost notices and other medical documents in time.
在院期間我們會(huì)為您提供衣物、拖鞋、個(gè)人衛(wèi)生用品和浴巾，如您愿意，也可自備。
Hospital clothes, slippers, personal toiletries and bath towels are provided but you may wish to bring you own.
請(qǐng)不要攜帶過(guò)多的現(xiàn)金與貴重物品。如您入院時(shí)隨身帶有此類物品，家屬帶回或存放在病房保險(xiǎn)箱內(nèi)。保險(xiǎn)箱使用方法可咨詢護(hù)士。
Please do not bring excessive cash or valuables. If you have these items with you during admission, please ask your family to bring it back or store it in the ward
treasure box. Please consult the nurse for the use method.
3. 身份識(shí)別腕帶 / ldentification wristband
我們的工作人員將為您佩戴印有您姓名、生日等信息的腕帶。住院期間請(qǐng)勿取下。
An identification wristband with your name. DOB will be given to you. Please wear it at all times while you are in the hospital.
如您需要商開病房，請(qǐng)告知我們您的去向，并征得病房醫(yī)師的同意，簽署請(qǐng)假條。
When you need to leave the ward,please ask the doctor and nurse for permission and sign the leave form.
4. 衛(wèi)生間 / Restroom
請(qǐng)協(xié)助保持衛(wèi)生間的干燥和清潔。這將有助于減少院內(nèi)傳染性疾病。
Help us to keep the restrooms dry and clean. This will reduce the spread of infectious diseases within the hospital.
我們可以提供馬桶助力架或者馬桶增高器，如有需要，請(qǐng)聯(lián)系病區(qū)護(hù)士站。
Please contact the ward nurse station.if you need toilet booster frame or toilet hooster.
衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)有緊急呼叫按鈕，如有需要，請(qǐng)及時(shí)呼叫。
There is an emergency call button in the bathroom, Please call in time if necessary.
5. 用餐/ Your Meals
您可以每日在我們的中餐、西餐、素食菜單內(nèi)點(diǎn)餐。確認(rèn)您所選擇的餐食。
You may select from our Chinese. Western and Vegetarian menus daily. Our canteen staff will check with you on your choice of diet daily.
我們的營(yíng)養(yǎng)師和廚師保證您將獲得營(yíng)養(yǎng)均衡豐富的餐食。
Our dietitians and Chef will ensure that you receive a balanced and nutritious diet.
對(duì)于有特殊需求的思者，我們特給予營(yíng)養(yǎng)師建議的個(gè)體化治療飲食。
For patients with specific needs, we also prepare personal therapeutic diets as advised by the dietitians.
為了患者的衛(wèi)生安全，我們不提倡住院期間在病區(qū)內(nèi)食用非本院提供的外帶餐食。
For the patients' health and safety, it is not recommended to consume food not prepared by us during your stay here.
6. 安全指導(dǎo) / Safety Guide
為了您留院期間的安全和舒適，請(qǐng)注意以下內(nèi)容:
For a safe and comfortable stay, please observe the following:
由于大多數(shù)家具安裝有輪子，所以當(dāng)您感到虛弱或站應(yīng)不穩(wěn)時(shí)請(qǐng)不要依靠在家具上。
Do not use the furniture as support if you feel weak or unsteady. Most of the furniture are onwheels and will not provide the necessary stability.
請(qǐng)勿在無(wú)人協(xié)助的情況下使用輪椅。
Do not get in and out of a wheelchair without assistance.
如您的床欄處于升起狀態(tài)或醫(yī)生讓您臥床休息，請(qǐng)不要自己起床。如需起床請(qǐng)呼叫。
If you are nursed with bed rails up or instructed to be on bed rest by your doctor, please do not get up on your own. Please call for assistance.
住院期間只服用我們的護(hù)士發(fā)放的藥物。發(fā)放后請(qǐng)即刻服用。
Take only medications given to you by our nurses, and take them promptly when served.
自備用藥請(qǐng)及時(shí)告知我們的住院醫(yī)師進(jìn)行評(píng)估，醫(yī)生將記錄在住院病歷上。
Please inform the doctor your own medicine, Doctor need review and record.
在發(fā)藥期間，護(hù)士需要保證發(fā)放正確的藥物，請(qǐng)不要在此期間打擾發(fā)藥護(hù)士。如您需要，可尋求其他護(hù)士的幫助。
We respectfully ask your cooperation during medication administration and seek help from other nurses if you need any assistance.
7.護(hù)士呼叫系統(tǒng)/ Nurses Call System
在您住院期間照顧您是我們的責(zé)任。當(dāng)您需要幫助的時(shí)候請(qǐng)使用呼叫系統(tǒng)通知我們。
Caring for you during your stay here is our responsibility. Please make use of the call system to alert us should you require assistance.
呼叫鈴置于床旁，需要幫助時(shí)請(qǐng)按下紅色按鈕。
The call bell can be found at the beside. Press the red button to call for assistance.
當(dāng)您在衛(wèi)生間時(shí)，輕輕拉下紅色繩子即可呼叫幫助。
When you are in the restroom, pull the red cord lightly to call for assistance.
8.疼痛管理/Pain Management
疼痛可能對(duì)所有人產(chǎn)生影響。它可以被感知，被描述，被測(cè)量，被治療。
Pain affects all individuals.It can be felt,described,measured and treated.
當(dāng)您感覺到疼痛時(shí)，請(qǐng)?jiān)谒兊貌荒苋淌苤案嬷覀兊尼t(yī)生和護(hù)士?？刂戚p度疼痛不再加重比減輕嚴(yán)重的疼痛要容易很多。
Please inform our doctors or nurses when vou are in pain. before it becomes unbearable. It is easier to prevent a small amount of pain from increasing, rather than to reduce pain that has reached a severe stage.
9. 預(yù)防院內(nèi)跌倒 / Preventing Falls in the Hospital
每年有三分之一65 歲以上的老年人經(jīng)歷過(guò)跌倒。跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而增加。預(yù)防跌倒很重要的一點(diǎn)是避免將你們自身置于可能具有跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的場(chǎng)景。
Each year, about one third of the elderly above 65 years old experience a fall. The risk of falls increases as one ages. It is important to avoid situations which can put you at risk a fall.
